Concept
The projects locate on a metro transfer station, and it is also the first TOD (Transportation Oriented Development) project in Dongguan City. The programs composed of a 200,000sqm shopping mall ,3 high-rise office towers and 5 residential towers. As an expected most high end project in Donggguan, we designed a multi layers master plan by separating the different types of pedestrian and the vehicular circulations. This project is designed to be an efficient,stylish, social and full of humanity within project，it will serve as a starting point for Dongguan’s future urban development.
